I took Zack on a 5 hour dice trail ride 9/17/11, it was so much fun, there where over 100 horses and riders there, we went down really steep mountain trails and up some, crossed the creek 3 times and he loves the water and enjoys splashing around in it, went on back roads, all kinds of different trails, crossed asphalt,up the side of a main road, he rode in front, middle and away from his buddies, he rode with new horses and alone, it was a long beautiful ride and I think he enjoyed it every bit as much as I did and we both could of kept on going after the ride ended, he is everything and more then I can say, he would work for just about any rider as long as they know anything about riding at all and would just fallow other horses for those who are just starting to ride, HE DOES NOT SPOOK and is a fantastic trail horse, you could ride him everyday or once in awhile, he is just a wonderful all around easy going horse who loves to please !
GELDING AND BACK FROM THE TRAINERS
We brought Zack(GETCHA SOME)home last night 8/28/11 as he finished his refresher. He now waits for you to walk him out of his stall, walks on a loose rein, no trying to rush you anywhere, he stands to be mounted and dismounted, and he even will mount up to the mounting block so it's easier to get on him. He's 16h. so not everyone can just climb on him, he is great for the farrier, easy to de-worm and give shots to and enjoys his bathes.
He had many many hours or ground training and arena work and was ridden on the back roads and trails and even into town, he has even seen Amish buggies for the first time and has ridden right up to them and they went by him and everything else, he didn't spook at anything and enjoys it when he gets out on rides, she even took him in the creek to play, he loves it and splashed all around and crossed it with ease.
Zack is easy going and well gaited and does that wonderful rocking chair canter, I feel anyone who can ride could ride him, he would be great for a husband/ family horse and even for a beginner!!
He is ready for all your trail ridding, remember Fall is almost here and the best time to trail ride, we will be ridding him until you come to make him your next dream horse!
